Ince Web Services owned and operated Oriental Food Shop, a specialist supermarket with online and high street presence in Loughborough, Leicestershire.
We first traded online in 2001, and subsequently opened our first store in Loughborough in 2005. In 2008 we moved to much larger premises at Ashby Square in Loughborough, significantly widening our target market and product range.
Oriental Food Shop stocked prepared food and ingredients from a range of Oriental cuisines;

- Singapore
- Korean
Ranges included sauces and pastes, rice, noodles, tinned, dried foods, herbs and spices, confectionery, tea and other beverages, fresh produce, frozen fish, pastries and Dim Sum, baked goods, beer wine and spirits.
The EPOS was fully integrated with online sales, with both channels serviced from a warehouse in Loughborough.
Oriental Food Shop was sold to Tai Fat C&C Limited on the 11th March 2014.
What we took away from our retail experience was deep knowledge of retail processes, inventory management, EPOS, e-Commerce and, of course, excellence in customer service.
